Tucked into a spacious suburban neighborhood, Sunflower House offers a warm and stable environment for early recovery. With 4 bedrooms and space for up to 9 women, it’s designed to balance personal space with a sense of shared community.
Nestled in Denver’s Hampden South neighborhood, Lily House provides a quiet, accessible setting for recovery. With 2 bedrooms and room for 4 women, this townhouse is a great fit for those who appreciate a smaller, more personal living space.
Housed within a larger apartment complex, Rose House offers a structured and secure environment for women in early recovery. With 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 women, it strikes a balance between community living and personal space — all within a conveniently located urban setting.
To ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone, we ask that all potential guests meet the following basic requirements:
To support a peaceful and recovery-focused environment, all guests are expected to follow a few key guidelines. During the first 90 days, curfew is set at 9:30pm each night.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in personal and shared spaces, and for completing assigned chores. Visitors must be approved in advance and are only permitted in communal areas during designated hours.
Life in the houses is designed to promote routine, responsibility and personal growth. Guests are expected to find employment or engage in a productive daily routine within their first month.
Regular house meetings, recovery-based programming, and shared responsibilities help create structure, while peer support and accountability provide encouragement every step of the way. The goal is to build a stable foundation for long-term sobriety — one day at a time.
The cost to live in any of the houses is $1,000 per month.
This covers housing and utilities, along with access to recovery-focused support and community resources. This helps maintain a safe and structured environment where guests can focus on rebuilding their lives.
CARR (Colorado Association of Recovery Residences) is the state’s official body for certifying recovery homes.
We’re proud to share that all three of our houses — Sunflower, Lily, and Rose — are fully CARR-certified, meaning they meet strict standards for safety, ethics, accountability, and support. This ensures a stable, substance-free environment that promotes long-term recovery.
